Reasons for the Incentive Programme

Purpose

The Purpose of the Incentive Plan is conducive to the better construction and maintenance of the community. The reason we formulate this plan is not only to benefit the community members but also to reward those who always participate in our activities and AMAs.

We will put a part of the rewards of each AMA into the prize pool that we prepared in advance since April, and the pool will continue to increase and update.

TokenDamo will also fill in the extra amount of the prize pool in each event and AMA so that our prize pool will grow bigger.

Emphasized Announcement

The pricing of each type of NFT is different, and NFTs can be traded among members by themselves, BUT TokenDamo will not be responsible for any loss, fraud, and money conflicts caused by the transaction, nor will it be responsible for compensation and adjustment.

Vision

In addition to activities and AMAs, TokenDamo will also distribute 1–5 limited NFTs every week to reward the most active members of the community.

We sincerely hope that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of the TokenDamo community, and in order to obtain a weekly limited amount of NFT, members will spontaneously be active and interact with other members of the group, and jointly maintain the environment of the community.

We also welcome everyone to report scams, abuse, discrimination, or other behaviors that are not allowed in the community.

Incentive Program Criteria

Evaluation Standards

Our NFT is divided into 6 levels according to the rarity with different points that can be exchanged for different rarities is different.

The ranks are arranged as follows:

Super S=6 Points

SSS=5 Points

SS=4 Points

S=3 Points

A=2 Points

B=1 Points

NFT Reward

By the end of 2022, the number of points obtained by community members for holding NFTs will be different, corresponding to different levels, the more NFTs you hold the better rewards you will receive!

Activeness Reward

1. For the daily active partners in the community, we will also conduct weekly summaries and evaluations, and finally select the three partners with the highest daily active value to reward limited A or B-level NFTs (with points)

2. Evaluation Criteria for Daily Activity：

` Daily group check-in +1/day (Say hi, GM, etc)

` Interact with community management and the content they share +3/day

` Responding and interacting with the content posted in the group

` Interact with guests OR hosts during the AMA +5/day

3. The higher the daily activity, the higher the level of the members, and the better the rewards.

AMA Reward

1. For each AMA (since April), we will put part of the sponsor funds into the prize pool. The final amount of rewards that community members can receive is mainly based on the number of funds in the prize pool.

2. In addition to the activities arranged by the AMA when it was announced on Twitter, we’ll set up a Quiz event for the just-ended AMA to verify whether the community members are absorbed in the AMA. The first-ranked member will receive a Limited A or B grade NFT (with points) (will be arranged and counted by the community management)

Kol Application, Certification & Rights

Application

If you are a KOL in the crypto field with more than 5k Twitter followers, or you have a personal Telegram/Discord community with more than 10000 members, you can apply to become a partner KOL of TokenDamo by filling out the following Google Form:

Certification

After receiving your application, we will conduct a series of evaluations. If your Twitter activity, community activity, etc. are all good and truthful, we will approve your application.

Reward Distribution

Principles & Regulations

Annual statistics will begin in mid-December and end on January 1 of the following year. After the community members fill out the form, we will check it in the background (we will ask the members who want to get the reward to fill out the Google form in advance)

The list will be announced after the final confirmation, and rewards will be issued within 7–30 working days.

Note

1. We do not allow the same member to use more than 2 accounts to be active and receive event rewards. Once verified, they will be banned.

2. TokenDamo has all the right to speak to this plan, we will treat every community member fairly, and also mercilessly attack if any violation of discipline is found.

3. The number of rewards will change with the change in the prize pool, so it is normal that there will be some changes in the future.

4. Regarding the behavior of users trading NFTs privately at the beginning of this article, please pay attention: TokenDamo will not take any responsibility and will not be responsible for coordination and recovery if community members have property disputes, losses, and other issues caused by private transactions. Loss or compensation, the official recommendation is that it is best not to trade our NFT privately

Distribution

The time required for the distribution of rewards stipulated by each event is different, generally 7–30 working days. The official announcement shall prevail.
